When dreaming up ways to put our custom-built carts to work, we landed on something sweeter than we ever imagined - freshly baked cookies and hand-churned, locally sourced ice cream.

There are a few things we care about, locally grown and harvested food, home-cooked meals, and building things by hand. After building out a sweet fleet of collapsible bar carts, refurbished wagons, and the newly appointed Cookie Cruiser, we knew we wanted to share our mission with our community.

We believe in having indulgent, guilt-free treats so we started testing cookie recipes with the freshest ingredients we could find. All that was left to source was ice cream as good as we remember from our childhood. Trust us when we tell you, that eating ice cream straight from a churning bucket is what dreams are made of.

Minnesota Dairy Lab has mastered the art of handcrafted ice cream, creating a perfectly creamy texture. Sandwiching a scoop between two freshly baked cookies just makes sense!
